Terms of service
Draft — not yet in force. Final terms will be published
before general availability. Until then, the service is offered as a
preview, as-is, without warranty.
The short human-readable intent, which the final text will formalize:
- You keep all rights to your keys and data. Public keys you publish are, by definition, public.
- The transparency log is append-only by design: published keyset history (including revocations) cannot be deleted, because that permanence is the service's purpose.
- Free-tier features stay free (see pricing).
- No abuse: no impersonation, no publishing keys you do not control (technically enforced via proof-of-possession), no scraping beyond the public API's rate limits.
- Accounts can be closed; the log history of a closed account remains, the profile does not.
